Lecce 1-1 Bologne / Serie A
Lecce and Bologna shared the spoils (2-2) this Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Via del Mare stadium, kicking off Matchday 5 of Serie A. Malian midfielder Lassana Coulibaly found the back of the net in this clash, helping secure a valuable point for his team.
US Lecce got off to the perfect start against the Rossoblù thanks to their Malian midfielder. Coulibaly capitalized on a golden opportunity to beat the opposing goalkeeper in the 13th minute. His opener breathed fresh life into the Giallorossi, still searching for their first win of the campaign.
Eusebio Di Francesco's side were deservedly ahead at the break, but Riccardo Orsolini equalized from the penalty spot deep into first-half stoppage time (45+1). After the interval, Bologna took the lead through Jens Odgaard in the 71st minute. As the visitors looked set for victory, substitute Camarda pounced on a deflected ball in the box to level the score at 90+4. That goal clinched Di Francesco's men their second point of the season. Despite the draw, Lecce remain bottom of the table, while Bologna sit ninth.
