Reece James came through his minutes for Chelsea against Liverpool OK last weekend and should be good to go against Man City and for England.

Calum McFarlane has not had the easiest run of games in his two spells as Chelsea caretaker, and that’s not changing anytime soon.
He’s got to face Man City at Wembley in the FA Cup final on Saturday, and in his press conference today the questions were mainly on the injury news for his side.
In terms of Reece James, the news is good. McFarlane gave an update on the full back who returned to first team action last weekend as a sub against Liverpool:
“Yeah [he came through those minutes without issue], he’s trained well this week. Happy with Reece. Good to get him some minutes and I thought he played well when he came on as well. So, yeah, largely positive around Reece.”
The full back is hoping to be Thomas Tuchel’s first choice for England, so there were questions about his readiness for that too:
“I can only comment on the last week probably and the lead-up to the Liverpool game. We were confident he was able to play those minutes in Liverpool. He came through them well. He’s trained well this week. So, yeah, we’re really hopeful we can finish the season in that sort of form.
Enzo Fernandez will be a key player in the game, and we’ve already figured out the best way he can hurt Man City.
Chelsea’s xG numbers really haven’t been that bad this season – so where are they letting themselves down?
