Lazio complete signing of Polish teenager Adrian Przyborek | OneFootball

Lazio have completed the signing of Polish teenager Adrian Przyborek from Pogoń Szczecin. The club said in a statement that the 19-year-old midfielder has joined on a permanent deal.

He finalised the move on Saturday, signing a long-term contract after agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

The Aquile have moved quickly since their summer transfer ban was lifted. January has already brought Petar Ratkov, Kenneth Taylor, young goalkeeper Edoardo Motta and the versatile Daniel Maldini.

Przyborek has been with Pogoń since 2020 and stepped up to the first team in 2023. This season he has three goals and two assists in 19 appearances.

An attacking midfielder by trade, his fit under Maurizio Sarri’s 4-3-3 remains to be seen. He could follow the path of Luis Alberto, a natural playmaker who adapted to a mezzala role during his time at Formello.
