Davide Frattesi has shaken off a fever to return for Inter Milan’s Serie A clash at Lecce tonight.

According to Tuttosport, the Italian midfielder looks set to start from the off alongside Piotr Zielinski and Sucic in a reshuffled Nerazzurri midfield.

Frattesi missed the Champions League defeat in Bodo due to illness.

Therefore, his return is a timely boost for Chivu as Inter look to get their league campaign back on track.
