Leeds complete Elland Road tribute at Bielsa Place honouring Marcelo Bielsa | OneFootball

Leeds United have completed a permanent tribute at Elland Road, with the final Legacy Stones installed at Bielsa Place to honour supporters and Marcelo Bielsa.

The club said in a statement that Bielsa Place recognises the fanbase and celebrates Bielsa, who restored belief, passion and Premier League football to Leeds. It said the area includes a marble replica of his bucket seat and a stone silhouette of an iconic image. It also thanked supporters for their backing.

A total of 1,777 stones have been set in the new East Stand section next to reception, with 673 supporter names included.

Bielsa Place was named alongside Howard's Way as two new Legacy Stones sections for fans to etch their names into Elland Road, with Howard's Way expected to be installed between the end of July and the start of August.

All Legacy Stones are now sold out online.
