Leeds United target Julian Brandt has been linked with Real Betis, and his father and agent Jürgen was pictured at the club’s Luis del Sol Sports City.
According to El Correo de Andalucía, the Germany international was offered to Betis, but they do not consider him a fit for their current plans.
Brandt is a free agent after his Borussia Dortmund contract expired, and he is assessing his options for next season.
Betis finished fifth in La Liga last season, securing a Champions League place. Former Leeds players Junior Firpo, Diego Llorente and Marc Roca all featured in their league campaign.
Leeds would like to bring Brandt to Elland Road this summer, valuing his experience and Champions League pedigree. They are expected to confirm the already-agreed signing of Harry Wilson in the coming days, and defender Pascal Struijk is set for a move to Brighton.
