Leeds United fans made their presence felt in Dallas as England began their World Cup 2026 campaign. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the travelling support flew the flag in the Lone Star state as the opener got under way.

England started against Croatia at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of America’s Team.

Captain Harry Kane recognised the anticipation that England could go far at this tournament, and said he wants supporters to share in that excitement.

Speaking before kick-off, he described this as one of the best opportunities the team would have to win it.

Photographer and England fan Steve Riding picked out groups of Leeds followers around the stadium, a reminder that venue and country may change but the backing does not.
