Leeds United star Largie Ramazani has a clear desire to return to Valencia ahead of next season after not being included in Daniel Farke’s squad for the Whites’ pre-season tour, a clear indication that he is not in the manager’s plans.
Ramazani returned to Elland Road after the end of his loan spell at Valencia, but his long-term future at Leeds remains unresolved.
After slipping down the pecking order under Farke, the 25-year-old joined Valencia on loan in the summer of 2025 in search of regular first-team football.
The winger endured a slow start in Spain but soon established himself as a key member of the squad, earning praise from a team-mate who labelled him ‘spectacular’.
The Belgian’s impressive displays during his loan spell convinced Valencia to push for a permanent deal, with the club’s CEO travelling to England last month to advance negotiations.

The Spanish outfit believe they could reach an agreement with Leeds for the Belgian winger if the financial conditions are right.
However, it was recently suggested that the Whites were waiting to see whether clubs with ‘higher financial capacity’ than Valencia would come forward for Ramazani.
The Spanish club are ‘not in a hurry’ to secure the winger’s return, as they expect Leeds ‘would be forced’ to lower their valuation if no bids materialise by August.
According to Spanish programme Tribuna Deportiva, Ramazani wants to return to Valencia, boosting Los Che’s hopes.

Valencia will be hoping their strategy pays off, as failing to land the 25-year-old would leave them short of options on the wings.
It remains to be seen when the Whites are able to solve Ramazani’s transfer saga.
Leeds recently announced their 30-man squad that has already departed for the USA ahead of three friendly matches on their pre-season tour.
The Yorkshire club are set to face Wrexham, Sunderland and Liverpool in their friendlies.
A notable name absent from the squad is Noah Okafor, who has been granted an extended break following his World Cup
