Football Insider reports that Leeds United are monitoring Sunderland forward Wilson Isidor ahead of the summer window as they consider attacking reinforcements for their Premier League return.

Leeds are said to want greater competition up front under Daniel Farke. Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Noah Okafor are already in the frame, and Isidor is among the options.

Isidor was key in Sunderland’s promotion and started this season well, but his minutes have dipped since Brian Brobbey became Régis Le Bris’ preferred striker. The 25-year-old has not started a Premier League match since early December and has one goal in his last 24 outings. He has five league goals overall.

Previous reports suggested Isidor could seek a move for more regular football this summer. Everton and Nottingham Forest were credited with interest in January, while Crystal Palace and Burnley were said to have explored late-window loans.

Sunderland resisted mid-season departures while focused on safety, though the stance could change if suitable bids arrive. Isidor is under contract until 2028 and was valued at around £25million in January, though some suggest that figure may need to fall for a summer exit.

His future forms part of a wider attacking review under Le Bris. Brobbey’s rise has altered the pecking order and sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is expected to explore further forward additions.
