Leeds United end the 2025/26 Premier League at West Ham on Sunday, and some could be making final appearances under Daniel Farke.
Elland Road chiefs are plotting a big summer, with 49ers Enterprises set to trade and strengthen. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, departures are likely as calls loom on fringe options and first-team regulars.
Illan Meslier could wave goodbye. His deal ends this summer and, after not playing a competitive minute all season, he looks virtually certain to depart despite earlier promise under Marcelo Bielsa.
Karl Darlow hopefully will not. Also out of contract, the Welshman is first choice and in form, so a new deal would feel deserved and he would offer firm competition to any No.1 rival.
Alex Cairns hopefully will not. The 33-year-old has not featured but is a valued dressing-room presence and clear squad goalkeeper, so keeping him would make sense.
Sam Byram could wave goodbye. A late cameo against Brighton felt like an Elland Road farewell, and he wants more football before retirement after sharing in promotion and survival.
Pascal Struijk hopefully will not. He is into the final year of his contract and would bring major profit after arriving for virtually nothing in 2018, but his leadership and left-footed profile are hard to replace cheaply.
Ao Tanaka hopefully will not. He could move on if midfield signings arrive and funds are needed, with profit likely after a fee of less than £3m, yet recent form and unique in-possession quality argue for retention.
