Leicester City are interested in signing Wrexham forward Davis Keillor-Dunn this summer as they reshape their attack, Sheffield Star reports.
Keillor-Dunn joined Wrexham in January from Barnsley after scoring 13 League One goals. He struck 35 in 78 for Barnsley, having earlier spells with Mansfield Town, Oldham Athletic and Burton Albion.
He did not start in the second half of the season, making six appearances from the bench. The report says Sheffield Wednesday are also keen, and with Keillor-Dunn under contract until 2029 it is unclear whether any move would be a loan or permanent.
He stepped up from League Two to League One with Mansfield after scoring 22, then registered 18 and 13 in two Barnsley campaigns. Comfortable across the frontline, his best return at Oakwell came as a number nine. He also worked with Conor Hourihane, who has been mentioned as a potential addition to Russell Martin's backroom staff.
Leicester are rebuilding their forward line for their League One campaign. Last season Stephy Mavididi, Abdul Fatawu, Jordan Ayew and Patson Daka managed only 23 goals between them. Ayew and Daka will leave the club this week, while Fatawu is at the World Cup with Ghana and has impressed in three cameos, and West Ham have been linked with him.
