Lens suffered a pre-match setback when Wesley Saïd was injured in the warm-up before the Coupe de France quarter-final against OL, scheduled for 21h10. The forward had been named to start.

According to L'Équipe, Saïd felt pain during the session and withdrew at the last moment. He was replaced at kick-off by the Senegalese Abdallah Sima.

Saïd, 30, had featured in the three previous Coupe de France matches for Lens this season.

He has 10 goals in 23 Ligue 1 appearances, already his most productive campaign.

Sima has been used sparingly in Ligue 1, with 13 appearances amounting to 264 minutes, but has scored three times in the Coupe de France for Lens this season.
