Match in Five Sentences: Paris FC were beaten 5-0 by Lens at Stade Jean Bouin. Wesley Saïd opened the scoring in the 24th minute, finishing from the centre of the box after Odsonne Édouard's pass. He doubled the lead (38.), Florian Thauvin converted a penalty (58.), and substitute Rayan Fofana added a late brace (90.) and in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time. Lens registered 17 attempts, all from inside the box, and twice hit the woodwork as Paris FC's 57.8% possession told little. The result lifts Lens from second to first in Ligue 1 and they host Monaco next, while Paris FC remain 15th and visit Toulouse.
Player of the Match: Wesley Saïd struck twice before the interval and led the attack with five shots and two key passes that set the platform.
Stat of the Match: Robin Risser produced six saves, preserving a clean sheet despite Paris FC hitting six efforts on target.
Three Things We Learned: Rayan Fofana changed the closing stages from the bench with a late brace. Saud Abdulhamid won the penalty that Florian Thauvin converted to make it three. Paris FC managed 11 attempts with six on target but could not find a way past Risser.
