Lens steal the spotlight from PSG in Ligue 1 team of the season | OneFootball

RC Lens outshine champions Paris Saint-Germain in the Ligue 1 2025-2026 team of the season, topping the ratings and supplying the coach and three players. Lille and Lyon also stand out.

According to L'Équipe, finalists in the Coupe de France on Friday against Nice, Lens include Samson Baidoo, Matthieu Udol and Mamadou Sangaré. Sangaré’s 6.15 is the league’s best individual average, with RCL’s collective mark 5.42. Pierre Sage is rated the season’s leading coach on 6.09.

PSG are represented by Ousmane Dembélé, who collected the UNFP Ligue 1 player of the year award on 11 May. Dembélé is the only player to feature again after 2024-2025, and Luis Enrique ranks second among coaches on 5.74.

Lille, the second-best collective, contribute Thomas Meunier on 5.95 and Benjamin André on 5.81. Lyon follow with Moussa Niakhaté on 5.77 and Afonso Moreira on 6.00. The bench comprises Trapp 5.77, Mal. Sarr 5.76, N. Mendes 5.69, Mandi 5.67, Barco 5.64, Bentaleb 5.64, Tolisso 5.59, Akliouche 5.57 and Sinayoko 5.56.

Marseille’s Mason Greenwood, co-top scorer last season with 21, scores 16 but earns the right wing through consistency at 5.68. In goal, Angers’ Hervé Koffi leads on 6.03 with 123 saves at 77%. Lorient’s Noah Cadiou averages 5.89, with only one of 19 grades below par.
