Auxerre will be without suspended forward Lassine Sinayoko for Friday’s trip to Marseille, though Romain Faivre is fit to return after an ankle injury. According to L'Équipe, midfielder Oussama El-Azzouzi remains sidelined with a knee problem.

The Ligue 1 fixture kicks off at 20:45 on matchday 26.

It will be Sinayoko’s second Ligue 1 match missed for AJA this season, after the 0-2 defeat at Brest on 4 January during the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Mali international has been directly involved in 58% of AJA’s 19 Ligue 1 goals this season, scoring six, assisting three and forcing two own goals. His absence is a significant blow.

Auxerre currently occupy the relegation play-off place in Ligue 1.
