Liverpool and Wolves supporters came together at Anfield to honour the late Diogo Jota, their first meeting since his death.
As reported by ExpressAndStar.com, the former Wolves forward, who later signed for Liverpool, died in a car crash earlier this year alongside his brother Andre Silva.
Fans gathered outside Anfield before kick-off to lay flowers and pay their respects, while Wolves players did likewise on Boxing Day.
Jota's family, including his three children, served as mascots and watched as a giant banner bearing his image was unveiled.
In the 20th minute, matching Jota's squad number, the entire stadium rose to applaud and chant in tribute.
Photographs from the day captured the poignant scenes across the ground.
