Liverpool have announced a new multi-year deal with Adidas that will see the sportswear giant become the club’s official kit partner.
Adidas will replace Nike as the club’s kit provider ahead of the 2024/25 campaign. It’s the third time the German manufacturer has created Liverpool’s kits, after previous spells from 1985 to 1996 and again from 2006 to 2012.
Liverpool’s chief executive, Billy Hogan, has said everyone at Liverpool is ‘incredibly excited’ to resume the partnership.
“Everyone at the club is incredibly excited to welcome adidas back into the LFC family. We have enjoyed fantastic success together in the past and created some of the most iconic LFC kits of all time,” he told the club’s official website.
“adidas and Liverpool share an ambition of success and we couldn’t be more excited to partner together again as we look forward to creating more incredible kits to help drive on-pitch performance. We’d like to thank Nike for their support over the last five years and wish them well for the future.”
The first unveiling of the new Adidas design and its availability to purchase will be August 1st 2025.
