Luis Suárez signs new Inter Miami contract

Inter Miami have confirmed that striker Luis Suárez has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club until December 2026.

The Uruguayan has played a major role in the club’s recent success in North America, contributing 17 goals and 18 assists across 50 appearances as Inter Miami lifted the MLS title.

Now 38, Suárez is set to enter his third season with David Beckham's side.

His illustrious European career saw him represent Ajax, Liverpool, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid, winning major honours and establishing himself as one of the most prolific forwards of his generation.

At international level, Suárez remains Uruguay’s all-time leading goalscorer, with 69 goals in 143 appearances for the national team.
