Barcelona have been handed a major lift ahead of their Champions League tie with Paris Saint-Germain, as Lamine Yamal has now fully recovered from the muscle problem that kept him out for several games.

According to SPORT, the teenager looked sharp in the recent training and is ready to feature from the start, with the potential to complete the full 90 minutes.

Yamal’s progress was already visible at the weekend against Real Sociedad, where he came on for half an hour and immediately made an impact.

His energy and creativity changed the flow of the game, and his clever assist set up Robert Lewandowski’s decisive strike in the 2-1 win.

With the 18-year-old now back to peak condition, Barça will feel more confident heading into a decisive European night.

Balde returns and team spirit growing stronger

Meanwhile, Alejandro Balde is also back in the squad after recovering from injury. He has been training normally with the group since last week, although Hansi Flick chose not to risk him against Real Sociedad.

The coach now has to decide whether to start Balde against PSG or continue with Gerard Martin at left-back.

Regardless of the choice, having the Spaniard available again gives Barcelona more balance and options in defence.

Preparations for the match have taken place in a positive atmosphere. Training sessions were lively, filled with rondos and team games that highlighted the close bond inside the dressing room.
