Caught Offside reports that Manchester City defender John Stones is in contact with Bayern Munich’s management.
The 31-year-old’s contract expires this summer, and he is exploring options. There are growing suggestions City will not offer a new deal, which would make him a free transfer.

The report also notes his ties to Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany and compatriot Harry Kane.
Stones and Kompany made 22 appearances together for City between 2016 and 2019. Stones and Kane have played for England’s youth sides and featured 61 times together for the senior team.
Atlético Madrid and AC Milan are also mentioned as potential suitors, while a return to Everton is considered unlikely.
