Last month, SPORT reported that Manchester United, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich have all expressed interest in FC Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong, with Paris Saint-Germain also keeping a close eye on his situation.
Despite the interest, de Jong’s priority remains staying at Barcelona. However, PSG have a history of acquiring players from the Catalan club, and with the summer of 2025 approaching, they could make a move for the Dutch midfielder.
In recent years, PSG have strengthened their midfield with key additions like Vitinha, Fabián Ruiz, and João Neves.
Recent reports suggest de Jong could become available if the Parisians choose to pursue him. According to Fichajes, Barcelona may be open to selling him for around €50 million.
