In a recent report, Fichajes mentioned that Manchester City are ready to launch a move for Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior this summer. It is understood that the Mancunian club are eyeing a €150m move to sign the Brazilian talent this off-season.
The 25-year-old was a consistent performer for the Madrid giants in the previous campaign when he produced a lot of impressive displays for them in the final third. Vinicius Jr. banged in 22 goals and grabbed 14 assists in 53 matches for Los Blancos last season across various competitions.
The Brazilian speedster is currently among the most feared wingers in European football. Thus, Man City would do well to secure his services in this transfer period.
His current contract at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium will run out in the summer of 2027, which could open the door for the Mancunian club to sign him on a cut-price deal this off-season.

Vinicius Jr. can use his quickness and dribbling ability to get to the byline at every chance he can get. He usually strikes the ball with power and precision from long range and has got the eye to play some decisive passes in and around the opponent’s penalty area.
The Brazilian talent is an excellent dribbler with the ball at his feet and can contribute by scoring and creating a lot of crucial goals for his team. Vinicius Jr. is primarily a left-sided wide player but can also play as a striker if needed. However, it remains to be seen whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League if the Mancunian club manage to sign him this summer.
Vinicius Jr. will undoubtedly improve the quality of Man City head coach Enzo Maresca’s frontline. He is good enough to nail down a regular starting place at the Etihad Stadium and could go on to form a productive partnership with Erling Haaland at the Mancunian club.
At 25, Vinicius Jr. has his peak years ahead of him, which makes him a dream signing for Man City to pull off this off-season. He will also help the Premier League outfit compete for some major honours over the next few years. Therefore, Maresca would be wise to go all out to sign Vinicius Jr. this summer.
