Manchester City are considering loaning Ayyoub Bouaddi (18) back to Lille should they make a move for the midfielder during the summer transfer window, according to a report from The Athletic. The Moroccan international midfielder is attracting interest from several clubs ahead of a potential move.
The Premier League club are not the only interested party weighing up a potential move for the 18-year-old whilst the window remains open. Real Madrid are one of many clubs linked with a potential move for the Lille midfielder, but for the moment, are focusing on other targets.
If City were to recruit Bouaddi, they remain undecided on what would be best for the teenager who is impressing with his performances with Morocco at the FIFA World Cup. The domestic double winners remain undecided on loaning him back to his formative club or keeping him around the squad, offering him minutes where possible.
