In a recent report, Fichajes stated that Manchester United are ready to move in for Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior. It has been mentioned that the Red Devils are willing to launch a €200m move to sign the Brazilian wide player next year.
The 25-year-old has enjoyed a good run of form at the Madrid club this season as he has managed to put in a run of productive displays for them in the final third. Vinicius Jr. has banged in five goals and secured four assists in 16 appearances for Real Madrid in this campaign so far on all fronts.
The Brazilian wide player has given a good account of himself in the final third and deserves credit for averaging 3.23 shots per 90 minutes in La Liga. He has kept 45.25% of his attempts on target. Vinicius Jr. has also distributed the ball accurately in the opponent’s half, as evidenced by his pass completion rate of 80.3% in the Spanish top tier (stats via fbref.com).
His current contract at the Madrid club will run out in the summer of 2027. Hence, it won’t be easy for the Red Devils to get a deal done for Vinicius Jr. next year.

Vinicius Jr. is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make a few driving runs with it out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to engineer some inviting chances in the final third and can strike the ball with venom from long range.
The Brazilian talent has proven himself to be a consistent goal-scorer in La Liga. However, the jury is still out on whether he can make a smooth transition to life in the Premier League if the Red Devils manage to sign him next year.
We can expect Vinicius Jr. to bring more quality and depth to Man United boss Ruben Amorim’s frontline. He has what it takes to nail down a regular starting spot at Old Trafford and could help the Mancunian club compete for some major trophies in the coming seasons.
At 25, Vinicius Jr. has got his best years ahead of him, which makes him a decent choice for the Red Devils to consider next year.
