Manchester United are eyeing a potential summer move for Lille forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo, according to Sky Sports.
Fernandez-Pardo has emerged as a target for the Red Devils, and more suitors could emerge l if he impresses with Belgium at the World Cup.
The 21-year-old striker contributed eight goals and five assists for Lille in 29 league appearances last term after weighing in with four goals and three assists in 22 league games in 2024-25.
Fernandez-Pardo can play in several attacking positions, and Man United could do with his versatility.
The Red Devils could sign a versatile forward this summer, depending on the potential departure of Joshua Zirkzee, and the Belgian fits the bill.
Zirkzee’s exit is not guaranteed. He has been a positive influence around the Man United dressing room since he arrived at the club in 2024.
He missed out on a World Cup spot with the Netherlands after failing to impress with the Red Devils, but wants to stay and fight for his place.
United may still need to sign another forward as they need attacking depth to impress in the Champions League next season.
Brentford striker Igor Thiago is also reportedly on their radar. The 24-year-old Brazil international bagged 25 goals across all competitions last season.
However, he will only be pursued if Zirkzee leaves Man United before the end of the summer transfer window.
