Manchester United have been linked with moves for Wolves pair Sam Johnstone and Mateus Mane, while Aston Villa consider goalkeeper options this summer.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, United are thought to be leading the race for 18-year-old Mane if he leaves Wolves this summer, following talk of a reunion with goalkeeper Johnstone. Wolves boss Rob Edwards has said Mane will stay with the club in the Championship and the player has echoed that stance.
Borussia Dortmund have reportedly tabled an offer, worth £14.7million including add-ons, for former Wolves defender Bastien Meupiyou, now at Portuguese side Alverca. Wolves hold a low-cost buy-back clause but are not expected to activate it.
A sell-on agreement means Wolves would recoup the £4.2million they initially paid for the centre-back, plus 50 per cent of any profit from a sale.
Villa are said to be in contract talks with midfielder Lamare Bogarde after his emergence under Unai Emery, with the 22-year-old attracting interest from other clubs including Brighton. His current deal runs to 2028.
With Emi Martinez linked with a move away, Villa have been credited with interest in PSG goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier. Villa and Spurs have been named as clubs that could move for the French shot-stopper this summer.
