Under contract until 2027, the 31-year-old Portuguese midfielder remains a top priority for the Saudi Pro League, which is ready to offer him a weekly salary exceeding £700,000—more than double his current wages at Old Trafford. Despite these staggering figures, Fernandes previously turned down an offer from Al-Hilal before the Club World Cup, insisting he wanted to "keep playing at the highest level."

However, Manchester United's difficult situation under Ruben Amorim, combined with financial pressures in the market, could change the game.
