Malo Gusto gave some fun answers to Chelsea about his squad-mates in a feature this week.
The Chelsea website does some really good features and interviews with players at the moment, an important way of getting to know them, especially with so much turnover in the squad these days.
This week it was Malo Gusto who was up, and he had some funny answers to the quickfire questions style of the “Lifting the Lid” feature.
Asked which of his fellow defenders would make the best striker, he jokingly nominated himself. After going his whole professional career without a goal, Malo has scored two this season.
“[I nominate] me, of course, now I have scored twice! But if it’s not me, I would say Trev would be a good striker.”
We’d be interested to hear a little more about why he thinks Chalobah would be a good choice up top. Maybe it’s just his general versatility?

Asked what the most surprising things was about Chelsea after he joined, Gusto replied “the winning mentality.”
We’re not sure that should be a surprise – isn’t that what we’re known for? His reply to the loudest member of the squad (Marc Cucurella) should surprise nobody, but he does also note that Cucurella has to share the award for “biggest joker” with Pedro Neto.
Kieran Gill has written in his Chelsea Confidential piece this week that Mamadou Sarr is in line for a first Blues start in the Premier League following Wesley Fofana’s suspension.
Gill also revealed that Rosenior was less than happy after Chelsea’s recent draws, and let loose in the dressing room in a way that hasn’t been seen before.
