Born in 1980, after ending his playing career in 2002, he immediately chose to embark on a managerial career, gaining experience that allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of professional football. In 2015, he began a significant international chapter at Anderlecht, contributing to the structuring and development of the Belgian club's scouting activities.

His first experience with Juventus began in 2018, when he joined the international scouting department. Over the next four years, he was mainly responsible for monitoring players on loan and liaising with international clubs, closely following the development of players under contract with the club, particularly those playing abroad. During this first spell with the Bianconeri, which ended in 2022, he also contributed to the initial stages of the Second Team project.

Following a professional journey that saw him play a leading role at Genoa, a new challenge now begins for Marco Ottolini in Turin. His return to Juventus, this time in the role of Sporting Director, represents a natural step forward in a career built on expertise, vision and in-depth knowledge of Italian and international football.

Welcome back, Director, and good luck!
