Marseille ‘reach’ Ethan Nwaneri loan agreement with Arsenal | OneFootball

Foot Mercato reports that Marseille have reached an agreement with Arsenal to take Ethan Nwaneri on loan for the rest of the 2025-26 season, with no option to buy.

The England U21 international, 18, has agreed a temporary move to Roberto De Zerbi’s side and is expected to arrive in southern France tomorrow.

The Athletic earlier revealed the clubs were in talks over a loan, with Nwaneri’s minutes reduced after the summer additions of Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke and Bukayo Saka’s return to full fitness.

At OM, he is expected to compete with and cover Mason Greenwood, who has been the standout when operating from the right.

Marseille host Liverpool on Wednesday for Matchday 7 of the Champions League. Nwaneri could make his debut at the Vélodrome on Saturday against Ligue 1 leaders RC Lens.
