Mason Greenwood could leave Olympique de Marseille this summer, with a move to Saudi Arabia considered a real possibility, L’Équipe reports.
The squad was assembled in Roberto De Zerbi’s image, but his departure last month has cast uncertainty over multiple futures, including Greenwood’s.
OM may have to offload key players regardless of UEFA Champions League qualification. Greenwood is seen as the most valuable asset, although Manchester United retain between 35% and 40% of his rights, limiting any potential profit.
He is not alone in being linked with an exit. Geronimo Rulli and Geoffrey Kondogbia are out of contract at the end of next season and there are no talks over renewals.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang does not look likely to extend his deal, which runs until 2027. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is also a candidate to depart.
