Marseille’s Robinio Vaz set to join Roma despite Premier League interest | OneFootball

According to a report from Gianluca Di Marzio, Robinio Vaz (18) is set to join Roma from Marseille. The French youth international looks set to swap Ligue 1 for Serie A, as the two clubs are closing towards an agreement for his services. 

OM are set to accept an offer from the Roman outfit in the region of €15m for Vaz. The two clubs are set to meet for a second time in two days today to finalise an agreement for the 18-year-old attacker. Whilst Roma are leading the race for the Marseille forward, there is an urgency to get the deal done, given interest from other clubs in his services. 

Premier League clubs also interested in Vaz

Di Marzio understands that Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are also interested in signing the young Frenchman. However, with a deal almost agreed between the two clubs and the Italian capital outfit pressing forward with negotiations, it would take something special to scupper the deal at this stage.
