Matheus Bidu goal extends Corinthians 2026 scorers list | OneFootball

Matheus Bidu opened his 2026 account as Corinthians beat Red Bull Bragantino 2-0 at Neo Química Arena on Thursday in the third round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.

According to Meu Timao, Bidu joins a group on one goal alongside Gustavo Henrique, André Luiz, Gui Negão, André Ramalho, Dieguinho and Kayke. Breno Bidon and Gabriel Paulista have two, while Yuri Alberto leads on three.

It was Bidu’s first since 14 December, when he scored in a 2-1 defeat to Cruzeiro in the Copa do Brasil semi-final second leg. That strike took the tie to penalties, Corinthians advanced, then beat Vasco da Gama in the final to claim a fourth title.

At the club since 2023, the left-back has 130 appearances, with 61 wins, 30 draws and 39 defeats. He has nine goals and nine assists, contributing to the Campeonato Paulista and Copa do Brasil triumphs in 2025, plus the 2026 Supercopa do Brasil.

Corinthians face São Bernardo FC on Sunday at 20:30 in the final round of the Paulista group stage. A win will secure a quarter-final place without reliance on other results.
