Matteo Moretto reports that Milan have enquired about Arsenal talent Ethan Nwaneri, rivalling RB Leipzig, Fulham and Everton.

Serie A giants Milan have enquired about Arsenal’s attacking midfielder Nwaneri, according to Matteo Moretto.

Milan open talks for Arsenal’s Nwaneri

The Italian transfer expert has claimed that there have been contacts between the Rossoneri and Arsenal as Milan sounded out the 19-year-old’s availability.

Milan aren’t the only club in the race as Nwaneri has attracted interest from many other European clubs, especially RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga, Fulham and Everton in the English Premier League.

Arsenal are open to letting the 19-year-old leave, but ideally on a permanent transfer and keeping control over him.

This, we assume, means the Gunners would add a buy-back option in the deal or keep the right to match any future offer.

Milan have signed Gonçalo Ramos, Mario Gila and Sankhoun Diawara this summer, and they are looking for a new attacking midfielder who would replace Rafael Leao in their XI next season.
