For the first time in the club’s history, Milan have named a starting XI in the Supercoppa Italiana final with no Italian representatives on the team sheet for Monday evening’s final against Inter in Riyadh.
You can follow the action as it unfolds on the Football Italia Liveblog.
Milan lined up with three Frenchman (Mike Maignan, Theo Hernandez and Youssouf Fofana), two Spaniards (Alex Jimenez and Alvaro Morata), two Americans (Yunus Musah and Christian Pulisic), a Brazilian (Emerson Royal), an Englishman (Fikayo Tomori), a German (Malick Thiaw) and a Dutchman (Tijjani Reijnders).

Davide Calabria is on the bench, as is Matteo Gabbia, Kevin Zeroli, Davide Bartesaghi, Filippo Terracciano, Francesco Camarda and reserve goalkeeper Marco Sportiello.
Inter, meanwhile, had three Italy internationals in their starting XI in the form of Alessandro Bastoni, Federico Dimarco and Nicolo Barella.
This is not a particularly new phenomenon for the Rossoneri. They have done the same on multiple occasions in Serie A already this season, and also named a starting XI with no Italian representatives for the semi-final victory over Juventus on Friday.
It is, however, the first time that Milan have lined up for the Supercoppa Italiana final with no Italian players.
