According to L'Équipe, Nice will be without Mohamed-Ali Cho, Hicham Boudaoui and Dante for Wednesday’s Coupe de France last-16 tie against Montpellier. Kick-off is at 20:30.

Cho was withdrawn in the 67th minute of the 2-2 draw with Brest due to hamstring discomfort, and is not included in the squad to face Montpellier.

The former Angers player hopes to return for Sunday’s derby against Monaco.

Further omissions include midfielder Boudaoui, who has a back issue, and defender and captain Dante, who has been managing knee problems for several months and played 90 minutes against Brest. Winger Tiago Gouveia and striker Kevin Carlos are also absent.

Longer-term absences also continue, with Melvin Bard out for weeks, and Ndayishimiye, Bombito and Abdelmonem sidelined for months.
