AS Monaco CEO Thiago Scuro has confirmed that the club will look to offload Myron Boadu (24), who will return from his loan spell at VfL Bochum at the end of the season.
The Dutchman has scored nine goals in 19 games for the Bundesliga club this season, however, he has not forced his way into Monaco’s plans. Speaking in an interview attended by Get French Football News, Scuro confirmed that the Ligue 1 side aren’t looking to integrate him into their first-team set-up.
“There are no plans to re-integrate any of the players that left on loan,” confirmed Scuro, who specified that this does not apply to Paris Brunner, returning from a loan spell at partner club Cercle Brugge. It does, however, look to include the likes of Joan Tincres, Malamine Efekele, and Ritchy Valme. Unlike Boadu, Brunner will be involved in pre-season for Monaco.
Scuro added that th club may look to loan fewer players out. “When a player is loaned out, we have no control,” said the Monaco CEO. Naturally, that does not go for Cercle Brugge, who share the same owner as the Principality club.
