Monaco wages 2026, top 10 highest earners

According to L'Équipe, Monaco have raised their wage bill to bring in experienced, higher-earning players, helped by the principality’s favourable tax regime. The budget was then balanced by the departures of Embolo, Singo, Jakobs, Ilenikhena, Ben Seghir and Boadu.

At the top of the list, Dier and Zakaria are on €330,000 per month. Golovine earns €320,000, with Kehrer on €290,000.

Fati is on €250,000. Minamino and Balogun are each on €230,000.

Akliouche, Caio Henrique and Hradecky are on €200,000. These figures are net, except for Akliouche and Balogun, because France and the United States have a tax treaty with Monaco, so they are required to pay income tax.

The average gross monthly salary is €140,000.
