A busy week comes into focus on Wednesday, with all eyes on both Pep Guardiola and Andrée Jeglertz ahead of their respective press conferences.

Both Pep and a member of the playing squad face the media ahead of City’s clash with Napoli at 12:30, with Jeglertz then looking ahead to our WSL clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Friday evening from 14:00.

Both press conferences will be available to watch live on mancity.com and the official Man City app, with detailed written reviews and video replays also published soon after their conclusion.

Manchester City v Napoli | UEFA Champions League | 20:00

On Thursday, all eyes are on City’s European exploits with a double header against Italian champions, Napoli.

First, our Under-19s are in action at the City Football Academy, with the match available to watch live with a CITY+ subscription.

A match report, highlights and reaction will also follow across the afternoon ahead of our first Champions League tie of 2025/26 later that evening.

City welcome Napoli to the Etihad Stadium for a 20:00 kick-off, which will also likely see Club legend Kevin De Bruyne make an emotional return after joining the Italians this summer.

They’ve started their domestic campaign in fine form, with three wins from three so far, so will offer a stern test under the Etihad lights, with our usual comprehensive matchday offering available on the app.

Our Matchday Centre gets under way at 18:00 with live text updates following across the evening, and audio commentary from kick-off with Ally Mann and Andy Morrison.

Matchday Live also welcomes special guests Shaun Goater and Steph Houghton into the studio, with Liam Loftus on presenting duties.

Make sure you have push notifications turned on as well to be alerted to all the key goings on as they unfold at the Etihad.

After the action, a match report and plenty of reaction will follow, including brief highlights from 01:00 in the United Kingdom.

An 8-minute highlight package will also be available when signing into the app from midnight on Saturday.

You can also enjoy 20-minute highlights and a full-match replay over on CITY+ from 01:00, with all highlights then made available around the world from 22:00 on Friday.

Friday

Pep Guardiola press conference | 13:30 | City Football Academy

Spurs v City | Barclays Women’s Super League | 19:30

It’s straight back to action on Friday, with another Pep Guardiola press conference and a WSL clash against Spurs in the evening.

First, Guardiola will face the media from 13:30, looking ahead to our Premier League clash with Arsenal on Sunday.

As always, the press conference will be streamed live with reaction to follow across the afternoon.

Later that evening, City lock horns with Spurs in the WSL as we aim to build on our hard-fought 2-1 win over Brighton at the Joie Stadium.

Kick-off is set for 19:30, with our Matchday Centre guiding you through the action from 18:00, alongside live audio commentary from kick-off.

A match report and reaction from both the manager and players can be accessed soon after the final whistle, with highlights from the tie available from four hours after the final whistle.

A CITY+ full-match replay will also be published from 12:00 on Saturday, should you want to watch the game in its entirety.

Sunday

Arsenal v City | Premier League | 16:30

A busy week ends with a box office tie between two of the Premier League’s pre-season title favourites.

City travel to London to face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal hoping to build on our impressive 3-0 Manchester derby win last week, but the Gunners come into the tie with a similar spring in their step after beating Nottingham Forest by the same margin last time out.

We’ll have comprehensive coverage of all the action, with our Matchday Centre starting from 14:30 before live audio commentary from Ally Mann and Michael Brown at kick-off.

On Matchday Live, FG, Michael Brown and Luke Stanley of MCFC Lads fame will be at the Emirates Stadium, with Natalie Pike and Izzy Christiansen offering their insight from the studio.

The usual detailed post-match offering will follow, with 2-minute highlights from 20:15 and 8-minute from midnight when signing into the app.

Over on CITY+, 20-minute highlights and a full-match replay can also be accessed from 00:00 on Monday.
