Toronto FC:
The truth is, I don’t see any chance the Reds came out of this clash with a victory. Now, as I always said: “Soccer is a sport where anything is possible.” Recent results just work in my favour, with two draws and one loss by Toronto FC.
On the other hand, NYCFC arrives at this game with two straight victories against Chicago Fire and Columbus Crew, two top-tier teams.
However, it's important to note that the Pigeons are contending with multiple absences, which could significantly impact their performance.
When New York City FC push forward, they often leave themselves exposed in midfield, and that's exactly where Toronto can apply pressure, win the ball back quickly, and perform vertical attacks.
It's true that the Reds are coming off back-to-back draws, but those results also highlight the team's solidity across the pitch. With that said, the numbers still favor the home side.
