Forest have also seen a bid rejected for the 20-year-old, who is said to be keen to leave Tottenham this summer.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have been told they must pay £55m to sign defender Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace this summer, according to The Times.

The Blues are said to be keen to bring in the Frenchman, with Trevoh Chalobah potentially leaving Stamford Bridge as Italian club Como continue their efforts to try and sign the 27-year-old.

Chelsea have already rejected two bids for the Englishman from the Serie A side, Sky Sports report.

Manchester City have sold winger Reigan Heskey to Bundesliga side Cologne in a permanent deal worth up to nearly £6m.

And Jarrod Bowen has confirmed he will stay at West Ham in the Championship next season, turning down Premier League interest to stay at the London Stadium.
