Juventus are ready to welcome offers for former Fiorentina forward Nico Gonzalez this summer, but Saturday’s reports claim that the Argentine is not particularly interested in a move to the Saudi Pro League, even if an offer arrives.

Nico Gonzalez has only been on Juve’s books for a year, having joined on loan with an obligation to buy from Fiorentina in the summer of 2024.

The Bianconeri paid a fee of €8m to have him on loan for the season, plus €25m to make the move permanent, not including bonuses or ancillary fees.

The Argentine has since fallen out of favour in Turin, particularly since the appointment of Igor Tudor, who has often opted to deploy Nico as a wing-back rather than in one of the attacking roles behind the centre-forward, which is where he is most naturally suited.

As a result, reports indicate that Nico is keen to move on, and that Juventus will not stand in his way if an appropriate offer comes in.

How much Juventus will request for Nico Gonzalez this summer

Reports from Calciomercato.com claim that an offer of €25m, which is what Juventus paid to make his loan deal permanent, should be enough to land Nico’s services this summer.

There have been no formal offers as things stand, though.

Recent reports claim that there has been interest from unspecified clubs in the Saudi Pro League, but Calciomercato claims that a move to the Middle East is not the most enticing option for Nico Gonzalez right now, particularly given that he has an eye on an Argentina call-up for the 2026 World Cup next summer.
