Super Eagles take on Reggae Boyz in close-season competition

Nigeria take on Jamiaca in the final of the Unity Cup this afternoon at Charlton Athletic’s home ground The Valley. The Super Eagles beat Zimbabwe 2-0 on Tuesday, while the Jamaicans defeated India by the same scoreline in the other semi-final tie.

Now, they face each other for the trophy in this close-season competition, and both sides have named strong squads across this week. Eric Chelle has the likes of Millwall’s Femi Azeez, who notched a brace on his international debut, and Arthur Okwonkwo, the former Arsenal and now Wrexham goalkeeper, was also making his bow on the international stage.
