No contact between AS Monaco and Dunkerque over Gessime Yassine | OneFootball

According to Nice-Matin, there has been no contact between AS Monaco and Dunkerque regarding Gessime Yassine, despite recent rumours. That does not exclude Monaco keeping him under consideration before the window shuts.

At 20, Yassine has been a key figure for Dunkerque in Ligue 2, who are sixth and two points off the podium. Several clubs have already expressed interest to the northern side in the Morocco U20 international.

He has played 15 matches this season, scoring three and supplying eight assists. Technically tidy and effective in tight spaces, he won the U20 world title in October after Morocco eliminated France in the semi-final.

In Ligue 2, he recently recorded a goal and an assist in Dunkerque’s 3-1 win at Montpellier.

There is a strong chance Yassine leaves USLD this winter, but the club will only sanction a move if the timing, a sufficient offer and a reliable replacement all align.
