Nottingham Forest have disclosed a spend of more than £200m on transfers and managerial changes since the end of June. The figures appear in a 44-page set of accounts for the year to 30 June 2025 filed at Companies House.
In the published accounts, the club said transfer income since then totals £52.5m, after applicable levies and sell-on clauses, up from £0.6m in 2024, and that the net cost of transfers and staff changes, after levies, is £208.5m. It added the deals will be recognised in the year ending 30 June 2026, and the post-reporting day section notes the departures of Nuno Espirito Santo and Ange Postecoglou alongside subsequent transfers.
Nuno, Postecoglou and Sean Dyche were all sacked during an extraordinary campaign, with Vitor Pereira now in charge at the City Ground.
Owner Evangelos Marinakis committed major funds in the last summer window. Omari Hutchinson arrived for £37.5m and a deal with Manchester City for James McAtee was close to £30m.
Anthony Elanga left for Newcastle United in the same period.
