The Telegraph reports that Nottingham Forest will name Oliver Glasner as successor to Vitor Pereira, with Pereira in discussions over his future and viewed as unlikely to continue.
Fabrizio Romano said on social media that it is over for Pereira.
Pereira replaced Sean Dyche in February and won eight of his 20 games, lifting Forest clear of the relegation zone and into the Europa League semi-finals.
Glasner oversaw Crystal Palace’s most successful period, winning the FA Cup in 2025 and the UEFA Conference League earlier this year, the first major trophies in the club’s history.
If Pereira leaves and Glasner arrives, he will become Forest’s fifth permanent manager in a year. Nuno Espirito Santo departed in September, Ange Postecoglou lasted only a few weeks, Sean Dyche less than four months, before Pereira took charge late last term.
