Official: Chelsea to bring Emegha to the Premier League in 2026 | OneFootball

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Emanuel Emegha. The Dutch striker has reportedly signed a seven-year contract, beginning in the summer of 2026. Emegha will play for Strasbourg this season.

After pursuing Emegha for some time, Chelsea have now struck a deal with sister club Strasbourg. Emegha made a splash in France with his impressive numbers, scoring 26 goals and providing five assists in 64 matches.

This form has not only seen the Oranje youth international brought into the senior conversation, but has also earned him a transfer to Chelsea. He will continue playing for fellow BlueCo club Strasbourg this season.

Emegha came through Sparta Rotterdam’s youth academy and transferred to Antwerp FC in the winter of 2022 for around two million euros. Six months later, he was sold to Sturm Graz for over three million, before joining Strasbourg a year later. His contract there ran until 2028.
