Milan have completed the signing of Mario Gila from Lazio in a €25m deal plus €5m in add-ons.
A Real Madrid academy graduate, he moved to Lazio for €6m in summer 2022. Madrid retained a 50 per cent cut of any future sale, which now goes back to them.

Gila turns 26 next month. He also held talks with Napoli, Juventus and Atalanta, but chose the Rossoneri project under new coach Ruben Amorim.
He has signed a five-year contract. His net salary at San Siro is believed to be €5m per season, and he will wear Number 34.
His Lazio deal was running down at the end of this season, so a departure was inevitable after 120 competitive appearances for the club.
The centre-back flew in last night and completed his medical tests in Milan today.
