Real Madrid face off against Elche CF later tonight at the Santiago Bernabeu, aiming to secure all three points and put pressure on La Liga leaders Barcelona.

Ahead of the game tonight, manager Alvaro Arbeloa has announced the squad list of players available at his disposal for selection.

There is a new face in the squad, with young winger Daniel Yanez being called up from Castilla by the Real Madrid head coach.

He joins other exciting young talents from La Fabrica such as Diego Aguado, Thiago Pitarch, Cesar Palacios, and Manuel Angel, who could even make his first start with the senior team tonight.

Franco Mastantuono misses out due to his two-match ban, while Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Eder Militao, Dani Ceballos, Alvaro Carreras, David Alaba, and Ferland Mendy are all out with injuries.

Raul Asencio is also absent from the squad list due to a fresh muscle discomfort.

With the second-leg tie against Manchester City coming up on Thursday, Arbeloa could make some rotations, paving the way for the likes of Brahim Diaz, Dani Carvajal, and Eduardo Camavinga to possibly start against Elche tonight.
