Real Madrid will lock horns with RB Salzburg on Wednesday night in the UEFA Champions League, hoping to consolidate their position in the league table and progress to the knockout playoffs.
Ahead of the match at the Santiago Bernabeu, manager Carlo Ancelotti has announced the squad list of players at his disposal for the contest.
The big news is that Vinicius Jr., Luka Modric, and Aurelien Tchouameni are all back after missing the La Liga game against Las Palmas.
Vinicius and Modric were out due to suspension while Tchouameni was a last-minute withdrawal due to muscular discomfort. All three will be at the manager’s disposal tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Lucas Vazquez misses out as a result of suspension through accumulation of cards.
With Dani Carvajal injured and Lorenzo Aguado not eligible to play, Real Madrid are left without a natural right-back in the squad. It could lead to one of Federico Valverde or Raul Asencio occupying the position against Salzburg.
Youngsters Chema Andres and Jacobo Ramon are called up again.
